Since we carved our pumpkins the night before Halloween (and purchased them just two days before Halloween to boot!) the pictures might as well come a little later too!  But, just like the pumpkins choosing and the pumpkin carving, they should be fully enjoyed in the moment!

Pumpkin Patch

Just under the wire!  We made our annual pumpkin patch visit for the hayride and to bring home some gourds. Grammie very nicely drove us to meet with our friends for a morning of seasonal-weather fun! (Brian was camping.)

More playing in the dirt

Wynn had his own little digging spot in the sensory table to save Shea's garden from too much little brother "help"!  He had a great time!

 

 

Winter Garden

A work in progress.  A couple of weeks back we played in the dirt.  All but one tomato plant is out.  In seedling form are broccoli, cabbage, chard, and collards.  Brian has planted seeds as well for broccoli, romaine and snow peas.  It's on its way!

Shea cleaned out his garden bed and planted broccoli, cabbage, and chard.
